3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on lucky 57. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed. 5 Withdrawals

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion comes with its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates — which are stated at the time the promotion is offered.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times you need to play through a bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Errors and Obvious Mistakes

If an obvious error in odds is published — for example, odds that are clearly far outside market norms due to a data or technical error — lucky 57 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. This applies even if bets were placed and appeared to be accepted. Lucky 57 will communicate clearly in such cases and refunds will be processed promptly.

Bets that are successfully placed and settled under normal conditions are final. Lucky 57 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse bets after they have been confirmed, except in cases where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where the bet was placed on a market that is subsequently voided.

8 Casino & Games

Lucky 57's casino section includes slots, live dealer tables, roulette, baccarat, and other games. All casino games operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing by real dealers streamed in real time. The outcomes of all games are determined independently and cannot be influenced by lucky 57 or by any player.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are set by the game providers and are available in each game's information section. RTP represents the theoretical long-term payout percentage and is not a guarantee of any individual session's outcome.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including connectivity issues, software errors, or power interruptions — lucky 57 will attempt to restore the game to its last confirmed state. If restoration is not possible, the stake for the interrupted round may be returned to your balance.
